Policies and Procedures

In order to provide the quality service you expect, we do have to adhere to a some basic rules. Please read them over and contact me if you have any questions.

1. All training services must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. Fees for evaluations are due at the conclusion of the session if you are not enrolling in lessons at that time.

2. If you opt to prepay for a package of lessons, all lessons in the package must be completed within 100 days of your first lesson. Any lessons not completed at the end of this time will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

3. You must contact me at least two hours before your lesson to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than two hours notice, a fee of $25.00 will be due at the start of your next lesson.

4. If you are not home when I show up for your scheduled lesson, the full cost of the lesson will be charged. If you have a prepaid package, the lesson will be subtracted from the remaining sessions.

5. Refunds are given if you are unable to complete lesson due to loss of the dog (death, rehoming, etc.) or a family event that prohibits you from completing classes. If you have purchased a package of lessons, you may receive a prorated refund for the unused sessions until you have completed half the lessons in the package. After completing half the lessons in the package, no refund will be given. Full refunds can be given prior to the start of training. If an evaluation was performed before enrollment in classes, the fee for this will not be refunded and the refund amount will be assessed at $25.00 less than the cost of the package or lesson.

6. Payment must be made by cash or check. I am currently unable to accept credit cards.

7. All dogs must have proof of a current rabies vaccine. Puppies that are not old enough for a rabies vaccine must be current on distemper and parvo vaccines as per their veterinarian.
